What to write about

Question errors. If an answer or explanation looks wrong, include the question ID (shown on every question page, e.g. PC-001) and what your course textbook or state handbook says. Accuracy reports are our top priority.
State information. Fees, test formats, and handbook links change. If a state page is out of date, send us the official page you found it on.
Site problems. Broken pages, display issues on your phone, or accessibility problems.
Everything else. Suggestions for new states, domains, or study tools.

Response time

This is a small independent project; we read everything and typically reply within a few business days. We cannot help with individual certification decisions, test scheduling, or disputes with testing vendors — for those, contact your state nurse aide registry directly.

Please do not send personal documents (certificate copies, registry numbers, or ID numbers) — we never need them.
